Born and raised in Burlington, John Summach is a third-generation realtor who is an avid promoter of the Golden Horseshoe, and strives to share with his clients the best the area has to offer. John’s lifelong sales career started at the young age of 12 selling RC car parts, and naturally led him into following his family’s path into real estate.
John places a lot of value on earning his clients’ trust by sharing with them his specialized knowledge, and always servicing them with competence and integrity. Buying and selling a home entails making huge decisions, and with that can come a significant amount of emotions and stress. John spends the time to listen, ask questions and inform his clients. He believes that real estate can actually be a fun process, and personally enjoy the “art of the deal”. John keeps himself well informed of the current conditions and is able to adapt to a fast-paced and changing real estate market.
One of his favourite aspects of my job is helping clients build wealth through real estate. He enjoys helping clients find unique opportunities and helping them to manage and grow their investments.
When not immersed in real estate, John can be found being active outdoors or at a cafe. He is a former professional cyclist, an avid runner, skier, rock climber, coffee aficionado and father of two amazing kids. He is actively involved in raising awareness for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, a cause that is especially close to his heart as his daughter was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at 16 months old. He also sponsors a junior development mountain bike program that helps up and coming young racers with coaching and guidance to realize their sporting dreams.
Being successful in real estate entails a lot of organization, responsiveness, patience, and interacting with people; all of which John thrive on. He provides his clients with the right balance of hustle, expertise and honesty to help make one of life’s largest investment decisions!
